This is a great opportunity for anyone in real estate to get as close to real-life experience without doing it yourself.
How it will work
All attendees will meet at a central location. From there we will divide into 4 groups and carpool in rotation to the different properties. You’ll visit two in the morning, break for lunch on own and questions, finish the other two in the afternoon, and then all meet for a wrap-up Q&A.

9am: Meet at Perkins on Hamilton Avenue in North College Hill (1 block south of Cross County)
9:30-10:30: tour 5443 Tallawanda Dr in Fairfield w/ Eric Kottner
11:00-12: Tour 1515 Southridge Lane in North College Hill w/ Ben Fry
12pm-1:15pm: Lunch at Perkins on Hamilton Avenue in North College Hill
1:30-2:30pm: Tour 6431 Betts Avenue in North College Hill w/ Elissa Miller
3:00-4pm: tour Mary Brickler’s 2 family 2578 Montana in Westwood (park across street in church parking lot)
4:30-5pm: Wrap up talk at Perkins on Hamilton Avenue in North College Hill
