Jeffrey Richman Will be our primary speaker. He's been an investor for many years and his expertise is buying properties SUBJECT TO and wholesaling. Also, Demar Chapman will be sharing his experience about his trip to Texas meeting with other investors who showed interest in investing in North Carolina and possible additional funding on deals available.
